Quality Is a Chain of Controls, Not a Final Spellcheck
Tasheel Express treats quality as a series of named decisions: who is qualified for the subject, which terminology is authoritative, what can be reused, what must be independently checked, and what evidence is required before delivery.
Before translation: remove avoidable ambiguity
Project quality is often won or lost before production. We confirm intended use, target market, source completeness, reference files, approved names and terminology, required file format, review expectations and any certification or formalities.
Resource matching
Assignment considers language pair, subject matter, document type and the level of consequence attached to the content.
Terminology authority
Client glossaries, previous approved translations, legislation, product references or institutional terminology are identified before work begins.
Source questions
Illegible, contradictory or incomplete source material is raised rather than silently “fixed” by the translator.
Scope control
Translation, revision, DTP, certification, localization testing and client review are separated clearly so responsibilities are visible.
During production: control the details that create real risk
The checks vary by content. Legal work may require clause and defined-term control; medical work may demand unit and warning checks; UI localization requires placeholder and context checks; reports require numerical and table consistency.
Human linguistic review
Meaning, register, terminology and usability are reviewed by professionals appropriate to the assignment.
Automated QA where useful
Numbers, repeated terms, missing segments, tags, punctuation and format anomalies can be screened systematically without pretending automation replaces judgment.
Document-level consistency
Names, dates, headings, captions, tables and repeated terms are checked across the complete file set, not page by page in isolation.
Layout and RTL review
Arabic and complex-format documents are checked after formatting so the delivered file is actually usable, not merely linguistically correct.
Before delivery: prove the file is ready for its intended use
Final acceptance checks confirm the requested files are present, the target language is complete, tracked changes or comments are handled as agreed, naming is correct and any certification wording or delivery instructions match the assignment. Corrections are managed against the same source and reference set, not as an uncontrolled rewrite.
Define the acceptance criteria before the deadline
If your organization has a style guide, approved terminology, review matrix, regulatory requirement or procurement QA checklist, share it at intake. We can align the production and evidence to those controls from the beginning.
