Digital Accessibility

Our practical approach to making the public website and essential user journeys usable across devices and assistive technologies.

Last updated: September 3, 2026Version 58.4

Our approach

TasheelExpress aims to make its public website and customer-facing digital services usable by people with different abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as part of product quality rather than a decorative compliance statement.

Navigation and structure

We use semantic headings, keyboard-reachable controls, visible focus behavior, skip navigation where supported, descriptive labels and consistent page structure. Interactive forms should expose required fields and errors in a way that can be understood without relying only on color.

Text, contrast and responsive layout

The design targets readable contrast, scalable text, responsive layouts and touch targets suitable for mobile use. Content should remain usable at common mobile widths and browser zoom levels without requiring horizontal scrolling for ordinary page content.

Images, motion and media

Informative images should have meaningful alternative text; decorative graphics should be hidden from assistive technology. Motion should not be required to understand a page, and new multimedia content should be prepared with captions, transcripts or equivalent alternatives where appropriate.

Documents and translated accessibility

Client-supplied PDFs, scans and office documents may not themselves be accessible. Where accessible document production is part of the requested scope, it should be specified at intake because remediation, tagging, reading order and accessible export are separate production tasks from translation alone.

Known limitations

A large multilingual site can contain legacy pages or third-party components that do not yet meet the intended accessibility standard. We prioritize issues that block navigation, forms, reading or essential service access and address other issues as the interface evolves.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use the contact page and identify the page, device or assistive technology involved and the task you were trying to complete. This helps us reproduce and prioritize the issue without requiring you to disclose unnecessary personal information.
