Capabilities

A professional workflow matched to the content and its intended use

We do not force every file through one workflow. Subject expertise, review, technology and confidentiality are selected according to the content, risk and receiving-authority requirements.

Start with the receiver

Confirm exactly which Saudi authority, university, employer, consulate or institution will receive the document.

Check the original

Some attestation paths require the original document to carry prior authentications before the translation is accepted for attestation.

Confirm translator status

When an authority requires a Saudi-certified translator, that requirement should be confirmed before production.

Keep data exact

Names, dates, document numbers, stamps and references must match the source faithfully.

Plan the sequence

Translation and attestation may need to happen in a specific order depending on the document.

Use official sources

Requirements change; verify current instructions through the relevant Saudi authority before submission.

How it works

From request to delivery in four clear stages

1

Confirm purpose

Identify where the content will be used and the receiver’s requirements.

2

Scope the project

Languages, files, subject, deadline, confidentiality and review level.

3

Translate & review

Assign appropriate specialists, apply terminology and complete review.

4

Deliver & follow up

Final checks, structured delivery and response to agreed feedback.

Important questions

Before you send files

Is Tasheel Express a Saudi government accreditation body?

No. We do not claim Saudi government accreditation. We confirm the receiving authority’s requirements and, where a Saudi-certified translator is specifically required, that requirement must be built into the workflow.

Can I order from outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Files can be submitted online. Tell us the destination, receiving authority and intended use before pricing.

Can quotes be shown in Saudi riyals?

Yes. The Saudi quote experience supports SAR display. Final pricing still depends on volume, subject, review level, deadline and certification requirements.
